CharityBrowser CDs include all 37 fields of IRS data for each foundation listed, including: organization name; address; city; state; zip; phone when known; contact person when known; Employer Identification Number (EIN); the tax-year of the data; total assets; total revenues; the year the organization became tax exempt (ruling year); National Taxonomy of Exempt Entities code when provided; NTEE code description; NTEE subsection description.
In addition to the Excel and text files on the CharityBrowser CD, there are also eight ready-to-print reports in .pdf format. These custom reports break the data into two categories--foundations, and all entities. For each category there are four reports: one showing the data sorted by city name; one that displays the information sorted by entity name; one that shows the data sorted by asset amount; and one showing the organizations by ruling year (year founded). Samples of the reports and screen shots of the Excel and text files included on each CharityBrowser CD are available at www.CharityBrowser.com.
